In some situations, you may need to request some or all communications you have had with a company and we are no different.
So, if you need to make a Subject Access Request (SAR), here is all the information you need.
What is a Subject Access Request (SAR)?
A Subject Access Request is something you can ask any company for. It will provide you with a document of every communication you have had with them.
This can be helpful for understanding how issues have been dealt with or to get more information about when and why you have had to contact us.
How long does it take to receive an SAR?
Once we have received your request, we will respond with all communications within 30 calendar days.
How to submit an SAR?
To find out more about submitting an SAR, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) have a page dedicated to helping prepare and submit these requests, including what to ask for and how to get the information.
You can read more about how to submit an SAR from the ICO here.
Once you are happy that your request contains everything you need, you should send it to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will get the information and send it back to you within 30 calendar days.
You can also make a request through our energy specialists by sending it via email, live chat or phone.
