When you switch supplier, you are given a cooling off period. This is a 14-day window in case you change your mind about the service you have signed up for.
If you do want to switch within this window, you won't be penalised for doing so but there are a few things you should know first.
If I change my mind during the cooling-off period, will this have any impact on me?
We are part of the Faster Switching promise which means it only takes around 7 days for it to be completed. This means your switch will take place within the 14-day cooling-off period.
You can cancel up until 17:00 one working day prior to your switch date. If you wish to cancel after this point, you must contact your new or previous supplier asking to switch to their services. Check the timeline below:
Don't worry, as long as you are in the 14-day cooling-off period there are no exit fees for switching your tariff or supplier.
