My fixed-term contract is coming to an end, what happens? 

We will email you within the last two months of your contract with the next options available to you. One of these will be to renew your fixed rate tariff online. It only takes a few minutes!

However, it is always best to see if you can get a tariff that saves you more money. 

What if I want to move supplier at the end of my contract?

We'll be incredibly sad to see you go! But If you decide you would like to be supplied by another company, we will not charge exit fees in this last period.

What happens if I haven't decided what to do by the end of my fixed-term contract?

If you do not choose a new tariff by the end of your contract, you will automatically be moved on to our standard (variable) tariff at the end of the fixed term.
