Why hasn't my tariff changed? 

We cannot take out a contract on your behalf and all our tariffs are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

You can check your statement which will tell you whether there are any cheaper tariffs available to you.  Feel free to contact us to discuss your tariff options, or if you want to change your tariff.

What if I am on a fixed-rate tariff?

If you are on a fixed tariff which is coming to an end, we will email you in good time advising of your new tariff options.

You will then be able to decide which is best for you and we will get it set up ready for when your fixed rate contract comes to an end.
