What happens if I cancel my direct debit?
Our cheaper tariffs require an active Direct Debit. Cancelling your Direct Debit is in breach of the Terms and Conditions and you are at risk of moving on to our more expensive standard variable tariff.
Cancelling your payments could lead to a missed payment penalty and may result in your Direct Debit being increased.
What should I do if I am leaving OTM?
If you are in the process of switching to another supplier it is best not to cancel your Direct Debit until your final statement has been produced.
If you cancel a Direct Debit, it may take longer to get a refund.
