What is a meter reading?

Meter readings are figures we use to measure how much energy has been used in your property each month. 

Every time you submit a reading, it is sent to us and allows us to generate a bill to charge you for your usage. 

How do I submit a meter reading?

There are multiple ways you can submit meter readings, all of which can be seen below: 

• Your online account - Simply log in to your online account and select the 'Meter Readings' tab.
• Email us - You can email us your meter readings to hello@outfoxthemarket.co.uk
• Socials - You can send us a message on our social media with your account number and a member of the team will submit this for you. You can get in touch via our Facebook page or Twitter account.

• Your postcode 
• Your meter readings
