When I sign up, when will my first direct debit be taken?
When you sign up for a direct debit payment method, you essentially pay for your energy a month in advance with an amount we calculate using the information available to us (the bits you supplied and what we can retrieve from the industry data on your property) which should cover your usage.
Can I change my billing date?
If you are unhappy with your billing date or it just doesn't fit nicely for payday, you can get in touch and as long as it is more than 10 working days before your direct debit collection date, we will be able to get thic changed before the next payment!
