What do I do first?
We will aim to make everything as straightforward as possible when you're going through a difficult time. If you need to let us know that a customer of ours has passed away, get in touch with us with the following information and we'll help:
- Details of the person who has passed away: name, full address, and the date they passed.
- Details of the person who's responsible for looking after their affairs. This is either the executor of the estate if there's a will, or an administrator if there isn't one.
If a will has not been provided and you're not sure who the administrator is, you can give us any information you can and we'll aim to assist.
